WHY THEY CAME TO US
The Trust has a thirty-year old CRM system that cannot support the breadth and depth of constituent management activities across the Trust and its historic sites. They needed experts who could help them align their vision for constituent management with a set of requirements to select a new CRM system.
HOW WE HELPED
We helped the staff create a Vision for a CRM system that engages and interacts with constituents more effectively. The resulting Request for Proposal elicits from the vendors information that matches the Trust's CRM approach with the core capabilities of each system - not a demonstration of bells and whistles.
