WHY THEY CAME TO US
Following a merger of five disparate hospitals, and their Foundations, they had three seperate fundraising and accounting systems with different offices have differing levels of expertise in fundraising and accounting.
HOW WE HELPED
Enlisting the support and buy-in from the individual Foundation Boards, we consolidated the Fundraising databases into a single Raiser's Edge database and transitioned all Foundations to using The Financial Edge.
We centralized the back-office databases and Accounting functions - which in turned allowed each Foundation to focus on cultivation and stewardship.
Today we provide ongoing data services for their acquisiton program -which previously relied upon staff reviewing over 10,000 names for each mailing to ensure deduplication.
