WHY THEY CAME TO US

Project H.O.M.E. is well-known for their personalized cultivation and stewardship efforts - they wanted to be sure that their processes were fully supported by The Raiser's Edge.  Also, to support their advocacy efforts, via Democracy in Action, they needed to find ways to more effectively share information between RE and DIA.

Through staff interviews and business process review, we identified ways to streamline processes and a phased roadmap to move forward.
