WHY THEY CAME TO US

Trying to use The Raiser's Edge for complex direct mail is like trying to put skinny jeans on an elephant - its a difficult fit. Capital Caring had grown frustrated at the increasingly complex and confusing queries required to export data to their direct mail operation.

HOW WE HELPED

We did a full evaluation of The Raiser's Edge. We made numerous recommendations for data cleanup and simplification and also worked with Capital Hospice to rebuild the queries from the ground up (documenting all the way) to ensure that we were getting the data needed to run an effective direct mail program.
