WHY THEY CAME TO US

With three CRM systems in place (The Raiser's Edge, Convio, and DMI), there was no clear definition of how the systems interacted and supported AWF.

HOW WE HELPED

Following an Assessment, we streamlined their business processes, cleaned up their data, and established The Raiser's Edge as the database of record. This allowed AWF to use each system for its inherent stengths.

After stabilizing the systems and redefining how data was shared between them, we developed reports and dashboards that helped major gifts officers manage their prospects, and gave executives more insight into their major donor pipeline.
