Peter Gross
Peter is an expert in nonprofit CRM systems, empowering fundraisers and streamlining back office processing, having selected, managed and/or implemented system solutions at dozens of organizations.
Peter has recently led the requirements gathering and vendor selection process for two top-25 sized nonprofit organization for nationwide donor management and CRM systems.
Prior to dotOrg, Peter spent six years at Blackbaud leading large projects as well as having responsibility for managing groups of between 10 and 50 consultants. Prior to that, he spent eight years as a manager, fundraiser and advocate for nonprofit organizations.
Peter has more than nineteen years working with and for nonprofit organizations.
Kyle Haines
Kyle manages technology projects that help organizations more effectively interact with their constituents.
He believes that technology is not only an exercise in implementing tools - it can be an opportunity to transform how constituents interact with organizations, and in turn organizations can reach their constituents. Technology is never the starting point, it is only a tool that should enable a strategy
Kyle has been instrumental in helping organizations evaluate, visualize and then shift how they manage constituent relationships with technology.
Kyle’s eighteen years of experience includes working for nonprofits and a leading software company. He has been consulting with nonprofits for more than fifteen years.
Beth Parsons Maguire
Beth's experience spans annual giving, campaign fundraising, events, prospect management, and research.
Most recently, Beth has directed development operations for the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and The Pingry School.
Prior to her roles in development operations, Beth worked as a Fundraising Systems Consultant for Blackbaud, where her projects included CRM system implementations, conversions, and business process improvement.
Beth has worked in nonprofit fundraising for more than fifteen years.
Shelley Churchill
Shelley is a change management consultant with extensive experience leading and facilitating organizational change initiatives.
This experience spans industry, government, military, as well as internal change initiatives. Her proven ability to lead change projects from concept to implementation. She specializes in developing: strategic and tactical change plans; creative and energizing communications; effective change-agent networks; and client action plans for integrating change management into organizational life.
For 20 years, Shelley has managed businesses, effectively led projects and teams, facilitated work groups, and formalized strong client relationships at all levels.
Rabia Syed
Rabia is an experienced fund development enthusiast whose areas of expertise include development operations, prospect management, moves management, and fund development systems. She is passionate about the business behind social movements.
Rabia joined the dotOrg team in 2012. Prior to dotOrg, she worked in fund development at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where she was involved with the design, test, and rollout of a combined fund development and service delivery system that will be among the first of its kind in the nonprofit sector. Rabia also has experience in supporting the environmental shift that occurs when organizations move towards a CRM-oriented culture.
Rabia has over six years of nonprofit experience.
